Valeria Criscuolo

About

Valeria Criscuolo graduated in Chemical Sciences at the University of Naples "Federico II" with a specialization in organic synthesis. She obtained the PhD in Chemical Sciences in 2017 at the University of Naples "Federico II" in collaboration with the ENEA Research Center in Portici. During this time she worked on the development of OLEDs, (Organic Light Emitting Diodes) and more generally on organic electronic devices based on bio-ispired organic materials. In 2015, during her doctoral period, she joined as a "visiting student" the group of Prof. Rolandi in Seattle UW and in 2016 in Santa Cruz, California, UCSC to study the electrical properties of natural polymers. In 2017 (June) she joined as Postdoc the group of Prof. Falconi at the University of Rome Tor Vergata (Italy) in collaboration with the IIT CABHC of Naples where she has worked on electronic epidermal devices. In 2019 she joined the 'Tissue Electronics' lab at CABHC-Naples as junior clean room technician.
