About

Serena Basta is a psychologist specialising in neuroscience. Her research is based on the perception-action exchange in children with motor disabilities, mainly focusing on the study of body schema. She collaborates with the Giannina Gaslini Hospital in the "Sport Hospital" project, which uses a multisensory climbing wall to improve motor skills. Her translational research, based on moving knowledge of the brain into practical applications, combines his background in neuroscience with technology.
