Luca Fortini is a PhD candidate at the Human-Robot Interfaces and physical Interaction Lab, Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia, and at the Department of Electronics, Information and Bioengineering (DEIB), Politecnico di Milano, Italy. He obtained the BD at Università la Sapienza, Italy in 2016 and a MD in biomedical engineering at Politecnico di Milano, Italy, in 2019. He is involved in the EU Horizon-2020 projects SOPHIA and in the ERC Ergo-Lean. His research is mainly focused on human modeling and dynamics estimation for the development of feedback interfaces applicable to workers interacting with a robot during assistive or collaborative tasks in industrial scenarios.
