About

In 2018 I graduated in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Genoa and in 2020 I received my Master’s degree in Neuroengineering at the same university.  I'm currently a PhD student in the unit COgNiTive Architecture for Collaborative Technologies (CONTACT) collaborating with the Department of Neuroscience of Parma. My PhD research project titled "Cortical networks for affective communication in human-human and human-robot interactions" aims to investigate the neural correlates and behavioral basis of a particular aspect of human social behavior named vitality form (i.e. action style). The final goal is to endow robots with the capacity to express different action forms making the interactions with human partners more effective
