About
Fabio Fusaro was born on 9 March 1995 in Genova (Italy). He received the BD in Bioengineering and the MD, with full mark, in Robotics Engineering from the University of Genova, Italy, in 2017 and 2019, respectively. Since February 2020, he is pursuing a Ph.D. in Bioengineering at Politecnico di Milano in the Neuroengineering and Medical Robotics Laboratory (NearLab), working in collaboration with Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia (IIT) at the Human-Robot Interfaces and Physical Interaction (HRI2) laboratory, under the supervision of Dr. Elena De Momi and Dr. Arash Ajoudani. His main research lines, developed within the Horizon-2020 European project SOPHIA, the ERC grant Ergo-Lean and the Amazon Research Awards 2019, are focused in autonomous loco-manipulation of mobile manipulators in industrial environments and in human-aware task planning and allocation for collaborative robots.
