Mattia Pesce graduated in Physics at the University of Genova in 2005 on the study of fluorescent-lifetime imaging microscopy.  From 2005 to 2007  he  works  in R&D office in the ISS company at Champaign IL (USA). From 2007-2015 he moved to the Italian Institute of  Technology (IIT) as a Junior Technician, Supervisor of Imaging facility in the Neuroscince and Brain Technology (NBTIF). In 2010 he received  his PhD in Bioengineering from University of Genova on the study "Long term imaging of axonal regeneration after injury by an UV-A laser dissector system". In 2015 until now he works as a Senior Technician for NIC@IIT and Neuroficility@NBT
