About
Alessandro Altobelli received the B.S. degree in Information Engineering in 2009 from the University of Perugia, the M.S. degree in Automation Engineering from the University of Pisa in 2011 and the Ph.D. in Automatics, Robotics and Bioengineering from the University of Pisa in 2015. He carried out his research activity at the Advanced Robotics Department of Italian Institute of Technology, from 2012 to 2015. From 2016 to 2017 he worked as a software engineer in the R&D group at Infinity Technology Solutions. He worked as a research engineer at RACE (United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority) in the Robotics and AI in Nuclear (RAIN) project. Now, he is working in the Humanoid Sensing and Perception Lab at Italian Institute of Technology. He has a strong interest in haptics, robotics, and teleoperation.
