I am a 23 years old bioinformatician. I am passionate about molecular biology, programming and machine learning. I am interested in the management, visualization and statistical analysis of large amounts of biological data.

I obtained a Bachelor's degree in Bioinformatics in 2019 at La Sapienza Università di Roma. The title of my thesis was "Analysis of epigenetic landscape in breast cancer to identify noncoding regulatory regions of oncogenic or oncosuppressive potential". Currently, I am a student of the Master's degree in Bioinformatics for computational genomics. The degree course is jointly organized by Università degli Studi di Milano and Politecnico di Milano. I am also working remotely from Rome on my thesis project about (epi)transcriptional dynamics as a member of Mattia Pelizzola's team (CGS@SEMM).
