I can design and fabricate conductive inks combining polymers with nanoparticles. I can develop multifunctional nanocomposites that display enhanced electrical, mechanical and thermal features. The main application of these advanced materials are in fields such as flexible electronics, photovoltaic, electromagnetic shielding, thermal management, and wearable thermoelectrics. I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Printed and Molecular Electronics group at the Italian Institute of Technology. Here I am working in the ELFO ERC project. I was a research associate at the University of Manchester National Graphene Institute. I collaborated with companies such as Directa Plus, Airbus, BASF, and Avanzare to manufacture multifunctional composites employing their commercially available materials. I was sponsored by Ghelfi Ondulati S.P.A. to develop mechanically improved cardboard papers. I completed a PhD in bioengineering and robotics (curriculum bionanotechnology) in the smart materials group of the Italian Institute of Technology.
