Current research projects:

Development of functionalizable poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG)-based coatings for nanoparticles

Application of biofunctionalized gold nanoparticles:

  1. in diagnostics: quantification of microRNAs in sample of extracted total RNA.
  2. in nanomedicine: selective targeting of receptors on the cell surface (NMDA receptor, leptin receptor); development of nanoparticle-based anticancer vaccines.

Development of silver-nanoparticle-based conductive inks.

External funding:
