Fabrication and functionalization of SERS substrates; Development of sensitive and selective Biosensors for Raman and Fluorescence Immunoassay;Development of a Direct Competitive Fluorescence Immunoassay for real-time detection of extrasynaptic dopamine concentrations in vitro; Fabricatoin of Nanoparticles for drug delivery applications; Protein Unfolding by Atomic Force Spectroscopy; Development and validation of analytical LC-MS/MS methods for the quantification of small molecules and proteins in biological samples; thick samples fabrication for Super-Resolution Imaging.
