Raed Bsili graduated in Dip. Ing Mechatronics and Space Engineering from (ISAE-Group) Supmeca Paris and with an academic exchange year in TU Delft, undertaking the Spaceflight MSc Track.
During his academic career, he completed a five-month research internship in the space propulsion lab of the University of Tokyo and a six-month internship in the topic of spacecraft thermal designs, in Portugal.
He has been involved in several EU funded research projects ( H2020, FP7) and he is currently an Affiliated Researcher working for the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions grant agreement No° 676063.
His research currently focuses on applied algebra for parallel mechanism design, "data-driven" attitude control, and optimization for robotic wrists.
Bsili speaks fluently several languages and has a vast international experience in working within intercultural environment.
