About

Postdoctoral researcher currently working at the Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia (IIT). With a background in Chemistry, she has received education on Nanomaterials, Magnetism, Colloidal Chemistry and Health Science. She obtained her B. Sc i Chemistry (2013), M. Sc (2014) and Ph.D. in Advanced Chemistry (2017) by the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM), Spain. She has mastered the synthesis of Magnetic Colloids (MC), in particular of iron oxides, and she has developed methodologies for fine tuning their shape and self-assembly, and thus controlling their magnetic features. She carried out her PhD in the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) and her research was framed in the EU funded NanoMag project.
