After a bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences and a master's degree in Marine Sciences, I am currently working as a PhD student at the Italian Institute of Technology in the Smart Materials Group.
My PhD project within the Marine Sciences, Technology, and Management (MTM) directorate course is focused on the development of Advanced Sustainable Materials to Protect and Heal Reefs from Coral Bleaching Events.
To complete this achievement, I've also spent 6 months at SCRIPPS Institution of Oceanography - at the University of San Diego, California, within the Coral Reef Ecophysiology and Engineering Lab.
