I’m a physicist by education and I'm focused on the understanding and characterization of the interfaces with background from physics, chemistry, optoelectronics and material science. Since I have always been fascinated and interested in biological and medical application, I also acquired bio-related skills such cell handling and maintenance, electrophysiological characterization and in microphysiological systems realisation. I carry on my research working on material characterization, micro- and nano- fabrication, bio-printing as well as device characterization. I’m involved in developing llight-driven bio-hybrid actuators for robotic and rehabilitation in the frames of LENTS project.
