Computational biologist and Marie Sklodowska-Curie doctoral fellow with over 6 years of experience in bioinformatics research. My main interests include cancer biology and aneuploidy, genome and transcriptome regulation, and long-read sequencing technologies. I work at the interface of multi-omics data integration and reproducible pipeline development, applying advanced statistical analysis to address research questions related to human health, in international and highly collaborative research environments.

- Investigating genome and transcriptome regulatory mechanisms in aneuploidy and cancer through long-read sequencing, integrating gene expression, DNA copy number and DNA methylation at haplotype resolution.

- Design and development of reproducible computational pipelines for genomic and transcriptomic long-read analysis.
