Enhancing Nanobody Specificity

 

Improving the LOCUAZ Binder Design Platform which supports modifications that could increase nanobody-antigen affinity. 

We are currently complementing our computational efforts by performing experimental tests of the platform’s predictions.

Adaptive nanopores: A bioinspired label-free approach for protein sequencing and identification

 

In this project we investigated, by means of molecular dynamics simulations, how a re-engineered protein, acting as biological nanopore, can be used to recognize the sequence of a translocating peptide by sensing the shape of individual amino-acids. This work was published on Nano Research.
