I graduated as a bioengineer and currently I am a PhD student working in the field of microfluidic biofabrication.
My research interests as a bioengineer are focused on both the technical and the biological side, ranging from microfluidics and 3D printing to cell culture, biomaterial synthesis and biofabrication.
The goal of my PhD project is to develop technologies to create 3D biomimetic models of human tissue with 3D bioprinting.
