Scientific interests

I am deeply fascinated by the domain of complexity, which I like to approach with an interdisciplinary attitude.
I am interested in biology and living systems, in the most general meaning of "interacting agents driven by a specific purpose".

Research experience

I am currently doing my PhD as a member of the Computational Epigenomics unit of the Italian Institute of Technology. I work at the Center for Genomic Science of IIT@SEMM in
Milan on the investigation of the dynamics of the mRNA life cycle from a bioinformatics point of view.
I worked at the Institute of Atmospheric Sciences and Climate in Turin during the summer 2014. In this period, I carried forward my bachelor's thesis project regarding the moist convection in planetary boundary layer.
