Giorgio Dell'Erba is currently Project Lead for the FLEEP spin-off project for the realization of printed electronics solutions. 

Born in Bari in November 1987, gets his Bachelor Degree in Electronics Engineering at Politecnico di Bari in February 2010.

After moving to Milan, gets his Master Degree in Electronics Engineering (Electronics for Medicine and Nanobiotechnologies) at Politecnico di Milano in December 2012.

He got the PhD in Electronics at Politecnico di Milano, with a full-scholarship from the Center for Nano Science and Technology of the Italian Institute of Technology under the supervision of Mario Caironi, on the development of Fully-printed Organic Complementary Analog and Logic Circuits.

After working in IIT as a Post-Doc researcher on a commercial project with a top-tier multinational Electronic Contract Manufacturer (ECM) for development of Fully-printed integrated systems, he went to Santa Clara University (Silicon Valley) to attend a Master in Entrepreneurship, thanks to the prestigious Fulbright B.E.S.T. scholarship.

FLEEP is a spin-off project of the Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia devoted to the empowerment of theelectronics industry by providing a process for the realization of printed electronics devices. Our mission isto enable flexibility and environmental sustainability in the world of electronics, with new devices ableto create astonishing paths for user-interaction with common products. Our team works on this bydeveloping a scalable process that is easily adaptable to any electronics and packaging production line.


Awarded from the Fulbright commission and Invitalia the Fulbright B.E.S.T. scholarship to attend a 6 months Master in Entrepreneurship in Silicon Valley at the Leavey School of Business (Santa Clara University) 

Awarded from MIT Technology Review as one among the 10 "Young Innovators Under 35" in Italy for the year 2016
