The Nanobiointeractions & Nanodiagnostics Research Line invites highly motivated and talented candidates with backgrounds in nanobiotechnology, molecular biology, nanoparticle synthesis and functionalization, and proven work experience in in-vitro diagnostics and colorimetric assays to apply for one post doctoral position.
Applicants should have hands-on experience in molecular biology (PCR and isothermal amplification techniques), as well as in optical or rapid-kit-type detection of biomolecules or diagnostics of biomarkers.
The project objective is to develop novel low-cost rapid assays for applications in point-of-care diagnostics, home-testing devices, and food safety&traceability, exploiting isothermal amplification strategies, nanoparticle/nanozyme-based detection, and/or paper-based devices.
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive package commensurate to qualifications and experience.
The application (deadline June 17th, 2019), including a cover letter, a detailed CV, and names and contacts of 2 referees should be submitted to email@example.com quoting “Post-doc – Nanodiagnostics CB 76815” in the subject line.
