Bio
Laura Taverna received her degree in Industrial Design from the University of Architcture in Genoa (Italy) in 2005. From January 2006 to July 2006 she started her career as a graphic and advertising designer . In September 2006 she started her course of 3d Graphics with Maya software at the “Nemo - Accademia di arti digitali” in Florence Italy where she finished in May 2006.
She is currently working in the RBCS Robotics, Brain and Cognitive Sciences Department at the Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia (IIT), where she worked as a technician in the Area of Virtual reality and Graphic.
Her main work is focused on the design and the modelling of 3D environments apllied to virtual reality, animation and rendering. Video editing and graphic elaborations.
