The Projects Office offers its own knowledge and experience to the research groups for the development of effective work plans and structures of management.
Projects
The Projects Office helps research groups to analyse and solve all the administrative, financial and technical aspects of the whole project life cycle: from the submission of a proposal, through its evaluation, to the negotiation and the development of the project.
Partnership
The Projects Office supports the research groups in the preparation of the periodic reports, offers assistance to strengthen the partnership with the other project participants and to keep contacts with the financing body. The Project Office provide supports also to the partners of projects coordinated by IIT.
Results
The Projects Office works in close cooperation with the Technology Transfer Office for the management of intellectual property within projects, for an optimized exploitation of the project results as well as for a better evaluation of potential spin-offs.
