Bio
Alessandro Roscini graduated cum laude in Economics and Business at LUISS University in Rome, discussing a thesis on EDP Auditing.
Currently Dr. Roscini is Management Control Officer of IIT, having responsibility for performance management, organization and process design, management information systems implementation.
A former Associate Partner of Accenture, Alessandro specialized in the implementation and management of accounting and controlling systems, as well as in the design of organizations and in process re-engineering.
He conducted projects in several industries, from manufacturing to service companies and government and non-profit organizations. Dr. Roscini also worked with Agic Consulting and ExA Consulting, an entrepreneurial initiative started with other consulting professionals.
Alessandro Roscini has been contract professor of Project Management at the University of Rome La Sapienza and at the University of Milano Bicocca.
Dr. Roscini is member of the PMI - Project Management Istitute, and of ANDAF - Associazione Nazionale Direttori Amministrativi e Finanziari, Italy's CFOs Association
