6 PhD Positions at IIT, Center for Micro-BioRobotics CMBR@SSSA

Opportunity for co-supervised PhD thesis at Nanyang Technological University Singapore in collaboration with the Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia (IIT) Robotics, Brain and Cognitive Sciences Department in Genoa.

A number of scholarships are available for PhD enrollment at NTU@Singapore. The PhD will last four years.
Tuition will be taken at NTU with the possibility to spend up to two years in the labs of the RBCS Dept. of IIT in Genoa. The PhD title will be awarded by NTU. The scholarship will partially support travelling and will fully cover tuition fees and living costs.

Research topics regard the neural control of movements and sensorimotor learning, including applications in the rehabilitation area and advanced prosthetic devices. Two yearly intakes are offered in January and August and applications are expected few months in advance.
