The D3 has adopted a matrix-based organization, with scientists from different disciplines (Functions) interacting productively on two types of projects. Discovery and Development Projects focus on specific therapeutic targets, while Enabling Projects are aimed at providing novel tools and strategies for Drug Discovery.
