Institutional Affairs and Audit

Within the broad context of the control on the general activities of the IIT, this Directional Unit supervises the control, the coordination and the management of the following aspects:

• conformity to policies, standard and law (Compliance);
• Corporate governance;
• Internal Audit;
• handling of institutional affairs and relations with external groups (Ministeri Vigilanti, Parlamento, Corte dei Conti).
