The Foundation's financial management is subject to inspection by the Corte dei Conti, according to art. 12, Law no. 259, March 21st, 1958.
As of 27th of March 2013 the magistrate delegated by the Corte dei Conti to perform inspections for the next five years is councillor Simonetta Rosa.
