Magistrate delegated to inspection by the Corte dei Conti. The Foundation's financial management is subject to inspection by the Corte dei Conti, according to art. 12, Law no. 259, March 21st, 1958. Mr. Maurizio Meloni, Court Division President, is the Magistrate delegated for inspection for a period of 5 years, since July 5th, 2007. |
